In the 100-year history of the Valero Texas Open, over $232 million in net charitable contributions have been raised and distributed to children’s charities in communities where Valero has major operations. The result is a network of strong, well-supported agencies with the means to help thousands of disadvantaged children. This year, GROUP is again proud to be a small part of their huge giving.

GROUP Contractors is proud to be named number 82 Overall Top Performer and number 41 General Contractor on the 2024 Associated Builders & Contractors List of 250 Top Performers!
GROUP’s work recognized on the National Stage
The Associated Builders & Contractors has awarded GROUP with a National Excellence in Construction® Pyramid Award at the 2024 ABC National Convention for our work completed on the Tri-Parish Cooler Replacement project! We’re honored to receive this award for our work and proud to represent our clients by delivering beyond their expectations every day.
Shane Kirkpatrick wraps up a successful year as President of the AGC
Our very own Shane Kirkpatrick spent his final weeks serving as President of the AGC, celebrating the growth of Baton Rouge’s construction sector. Baton Rouge added 9,100 construction jobs last year, with a growth rate of 18%! Baton Rouge now ranks #4 in the nation!
