Earlier this year, GROUP Contractors introduced a Core Value Challenge Coin initiative, designed to recognize and reward team members for exemplifying GROUP’s core values on the job. Challenge coins are presented by the GROUP Contractors leadership team to individuals who show what it means to be a GROUP Contractors team member.
