What attracted you to GROUP? First, it was their safety culture. GROUP has always believed that safety is first. No matter what, everyone goes home the same way they came to work. Second, I always wanted to work for a company that treats you like family, not just a number in the company. Here at GROUP, that’s a proven fact. You are not just a number; you are family!
What most excites you about your role with GROUP? The thing that excites me most is that GROUP lets me run my jobs on projects. It excites me that I’m in a position that I can teach the younger generation the different trades of construction, and teach them the safe way of doing their job. GROUP is a family with a great bunch of men and women, and I am very proud to let everyone know that I work for GROUP Contractors.
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received? Listen to people. Always be open to their thoughts and ideas, and treat your employees the same way that you would want to be treated. Also to plan your work and work your plan!
When not working, how do you like to spend your time? I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. We love sitting out back by the pool and entertaining family and friends!
